Credits are consumed when guests interact with your AI concierge. Each conversation uses credits based on its length and complexity, and your dashboard shows real-time usage and remaining balance.

If you pass your monthly allocation, extra usage is billed per credit: $0.018 on Property and $0.014 on Portfolio. Enterprise overage is custom. Compare credit-pack prices against your plan's rate and expected usage.

Yes, unused credits roll over for one billing cycle, up to one month's allocation. Anything beyond that expires, so the rollover never compounds indefinitely.

Property includes a 14-day free trial and Portfolio a 30-day free trial, both with no credit card required. Enterprise customers run a custom proof-of-concept.
