Sub-processors
The third-party providers we use to process customer data in delivering the ResortConcierge AI platform.
ResortConcierge AI, provided by Anchor Point Agency, LLC, engages a limited set of third-party sub-processors to deliver the Service. Each sub-processor is bound by contractual obligations consistent with our Data Processing Agreement, and processes customer data only as needed to provide its function. This page lists our current sub-processors and how we communicate changes.
Current sub-processors
Replit, Inc.
Cloud hosting and application infrastructure for the platform.
PostgreSQL database hosting
Managed PostgreSQL database services storing platform and customer data.
OpenAI
AI inference powering the concierge, sentiment analysis, and response drafting.
Stripe
Payment processing and subscription billing.
Messaging and channel providers
Where a customer enables optional guest-messaging channels (such as WhatsApp, SMS, or email delivery), messages are transmitted through the relevant channel provider for that integration. The providers involved depend on the channels each customer chooses to enable, and are covered by the notice process described below before being added as sub-processors.
Changes to this list
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice before adding a new sub-processor, via email to account administrators.
- Customers may object to a new sub-processor as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
- Sub-processors that are removed will be deleted from this page and no longer receive new customer data.
